    Wellbeing Audits and Solutions

    While increasing diversity in workplace demographics, we also need to make sure that employees feel like they belong. We focus on improving corporate culture and team and individual workflow through organizational audits, implementing new policies and procedures, manager and team training, executive coaching, and developing employee resource groups. Resulting in less turnover, fewer sick days, lower healthcare costs, and increased productivity.

    Not all managers know how to be compassionate leaders. We prepare leaders to make difficult decisions while supporting employees' needs, building trust, and creating a culture of belonging and wellbeing. This results in improved morale, better work performance, job satisfaction, increased employee retention, and reduced burnout. Executive coaching available individually and in small groups to provide tools to all levels of management to be effective and compassionate leaders.

Meet our Founder

Sheela Ivlev is the founder and lead consultant for WellWrx Consulting. She is an award winning physical and mental health clinician of over 12 years and has over a decade of broad corporate experience, including quality assurance expertise.
